UPLVL Communications is a brilliant technology created by Kenya K. Stevens that allows us to access the wisdom of effective communication in any relationship. Whether it’s the relationship with self or other, having the tools to be able to communicate effectively is a SuperPower. Through a 12 week process, clients get to experience and learn for themselves how to work with all aspects of Self brought forward when being triggered. This leads to deeper intimacy, more profound connections, and the ability to share authentically. The brilliance of it all is that it includes and honors the ego’s role in our personal growth and healing! This modality has changed my life personally and I’m humbled to be able to utilize it within my own communities of family and friends for healing and now open it up for clients to do the same.
