Simply said, Reiki is a light driven practice where the practitioner becomes a channel for divine intelligent life force energy. As a client lays on the table and simply receives, they are reminded that they are a perfect being through a light touch coming from the Practitioner's hands. It's an incredible resource to down-regulate the nervous system and relieve stress as well as creating alignment between mind, body, emotions, and the soul.
